What is high-quality anthracite?

The role of anthracite filter material in the filtration process directly affects the quality of filtered water. Therefore, the selection of this filter material must meet the following requirements:

1.high mechanical strength, the sum of the breakage rate and the wear rate should not be greater than 3% (percentage by mass).

2. Stable chemical properties, no toxic substances. Insoluble in general acidic, alkaline and neutral water. The factory products are measured by the China Water Treatment Filter

Material Supervision and Inspection Center: the hydrochloric acid solubility rate is 0.68% (the ministerial standard is 3.5), and it can achieve good purification effects in all kinds of   water sources.

3. Reasonable particle size grading and large specific surface area. The product appearance is spherical, angular, and has good gloss. After 3 mechanical vibration screenings, the grading meets the relevant technical indicators. The uniformity coefficient (K60) is not greater than 1.5 (Japanese standard), the non-uniformity coefficient (K80) is between 1.6-2.0, and the porosity is greater than 50%.

4. If the particle size range is less than the specified lower limit, it shall not exceed 5% of the weight percentage; if it is greater than the specified upper limit, the particle size range shall not exceed 5% of the weight percentage.

Anthracite filter material is a filter material used for filtration in the water treatment industry. It is made of high-quality anthracite as raw material and processed by selected crushing, pulverizing, screening and other processes. It is a commonly used double-layer and three-layer rapid filtration material. Zhengzhou Tianhe anthracite filter material is the most important layer of the three-layer filter material. Since it directly faces the sewage, it is the first layer of filter material for filtering sewage. If the thickness of Zhengzhou Jiasheng  anthracite filter material manufacturer cannot be accurately grasped, unnecessary losses will be caused. The following are several methods we have summarized to determine the thickness of anthracite filter material when using it:

1. The amount of sewage discharge has the most direct relationship with the thickness of the anthracite filter material. Generally speaking, the larger the amount of sewage, the thickness of the filter layer will increase slightly. If the amount of sewage is small, the thickness of the anthracite filter material should be appropriately reduced. Thickness.

2. If it is a filter tank, the thickness should be determined according to the size of the filter tank. The size of the filter tank is also closely related to the thickness of the anthracite filter material. The general thickness in the filter tank is 70 cm, up to 85 cm. , the minimum thickness is 65 cm.

3. Use measurement data to determine the thickness. The turbidity of sewage can be measured in advance, and then the thickness of the anthracite filter material can be changed according to the turbidity.

Used for filtration and purification of raw water supply and industrial water supply. When using, determine the use parameters according to the form of the filter. The general double-layer filter material paving thickness is 280-420mm; the normal filtration speed is 10-14m/h, and the forced filtration speed is 14-18m/h; the three-layer filter material paving thickness is 450mm, the normal filtration speed is 18-20m/h, and the forced filtration speed is 20-25m/h. The filter backwashing adopts water flushing, water vapor flushing or supplemented by surface flushing.

Commonly used in various media filters, carbon steel media filters, and three-layer rapid filtration system filters.

Anthracite filter material is the best commonly used filter material at present. It has a wide range of uses and wide adaptability. It can be used for drinking water, industrial production water and ordinary rapid filters of various pool types. Double-layer and triple-layer filters, various sewage filters, water purification mechanical filters, and water treatment before and after production in chemical, metallurgical, thermal power, pharmaceutical, papermaking, printing and dyeing, food, etc.
